I search the entire internet for a replacement part for my DeWalt miter saw. Discontinued by the manufacturer and I could not find it anywhere. I’m lucky to have found Kauffman Famiky Tool Repair. I needed a left fence for a 30+year old Hitachi combo chop saw and found plenty of "hits" searching for it. KF was the only one who actually had the part -- at a fair price and great shipping. Plus, when I got my dyslexic fingers screwed up trying to find the part to order it, a helpful voice on the other end of the phone line talked me in. Plus, they included a SweetTarts cousin in the package. Two thumbs up.

I had called and spoken to Kellie about a very hard to get part for a Porter Cable saw. She took a picture of it and made sure it was the right one and it was. This is a obsolete part and this was the only one I could find anywhere. It came in the mail in four days. I will use them again if I ever need anything. Great customer service!
